Félix Rhéaume is Director of Public and Government Affairs at the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ). Previously, he was Director of Government Relations at Rogers and Vice-President, Communications at the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ). He has worked in government affairs and public relations for nearly 15 years. He has held a number of positions within the Quebec government, including Advisor to the Office of the Premier of Quebec and Chief of Staff to the Minister responsible for Aboriginal Affairs.

A lawyer by training and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2008, Félix Rhéaume was involved in the work of the Commission of Inquiry into the Awarding and Management of Public Contracts in the Construction Industry (Charbonneau Commission). He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the Université Jean-Moulin in Lyon and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Sherbrooke University, and has also completed an online certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (MBA essentials).
