Our Impact 2030 plan aims to propel climate action among SMEs by activating a business ecosystem conducive to their transition and strengthening their capacity to act.
It is based on three structural pillars and three cross-cutting priorities, identified from the knowledge gathered since 2016 and our Transition Barometers since 2022.
By focusing our efforts on these levers, we believe it is possible to reach critical tipping points to exponentially accelerate the transition and help achieve decarbonization targets by 2030.

Since 2016, we have been mobilizing collective intelligence to drive the climate transition of SMEs and build a net-positive Quebec by 2050.
Our story began with a deep conviction: the economy and the environment are inextricably linked. It is possible to build a net-positive Quebec by mobilizing collective intelligence and creating winning conditions for the transition of SMEs.
Achieving carbon neutrality in Quebec and Canada by 2050 and meeting the Quebec government's greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets of 37.5% below 1990 levels by 2030 will result in a profound transformation of the economic fabric in all regions of Quebec. It is vital for the Quebec economy as a whole that its approximately 250,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which employ more than 2 million workers, be aware of the risks and business opportunities of this transition, successfully engage in plausible transition pathways, and actively contribute to adaptation, reducing climate impacts, and preserving biodiversity.
